Humanitarian Counselling

Whether you are a journalist, reporter, first aider or front line humanitarian worker, this service is for you. Being there, in a conflict zone or in an emergency to report, document, or support those who are suffering from conflict, war or natural disaster can take its toll on you. During a mission or when you are on duty, you need to focus on the valuable work that you do and push away any feelings that my rise or secondary trauma experienced, pain and grief you might be exposed to. Sooner or later, all these emotions will find a way to manifest and remind you that the impact of those experiences is still there. This is what Counselling Without Borders is here for, for you!

Feel free to get in touch to book for an initial assessment to explore how we can work together and how this service could be tailored to your needs.

Listed below are the prices for individual session or an option to pay for 6 sessions in advice. Please ensure you do not pay for the 6-session package prior to our initial assessment and discussing this with me.

In a unique initiative, you can also contribute to someone else’s sessions and choose to do so anonymously. I aim to offer my services in the Middle East to communities who may not have mental health services available to them or are unable to access them due to their economic situation. Together, we can ensure that such services are offered to those who most need it and might not be able to afford them.
